LiftHi 700
LiftHi 700 is a complete martensitic ultrahigh strength structural steel plate quenched and tempered and quenched and tempered.
LiftHi 700 meets the requirements of EN 10025-6 standard S690QL, but the overall tolerance range is more accurate, impact toughness is better, processing performance is better. The low alloy design of LiftHi 700 has excellent weldability and cold forming performance at the same time.
Applications: often used in truck truck frame, outrigger, lifting and lifting boom structure.
LiftHi 900
LiftHi 900 is a complete martensitic high strength structural steel plate quenched and tempered and quenched and tempered. LiftHi 900 has various properties corresponding to the S890QL of EN 10025-6, but the overall tolerance range is more accurate and the processing performance is better.
LiftHi 900 has excellent solderability and good cold formability.
Application: Widely used in various lifting structures, concrete pump truck boom, leg and truck frame.
LiftHi 700 high strength steel plate belongs to low alloy steel plate with excellent welding performance. Therefore, low carbon equivalent (CEV/CET) can be maintained under the strength and thickness of the steel plate. In addition, the steel plate has excellent impact toughness and the ability to resist the risk of welding cracking is greatly strengthened, so the welding performance is excellent. LiftHi 700 high strength steel can be welded by any method of welding ordinary steel.
